Associate Pastor Job

As our church has grown over the last three years (doubling in membership), there has been a felt need to have an Associate Pastor to aid in the service of the church alongside Matt. In an effort to help care for our congregation, the elders submitted a proposed job description and budget allocation for such a job to the church at our last Members’ Meeting. That budget was approved on December 1, 2024.
